Wisconsin citizens may want to consider sharing a ride to the Sustainability Summit & Exposition, either as driver or passenger by using the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s Rideshare Program. It is fairly easy, and may make attending the Summit possible for more folks from around the state, as well as reduce our carbon footprint.
To take part in Rideshare, go to the DOT website, www.rideshare.wi.gov and Register for the program. It will ask you for some personal information. In the Destination section, select Sustainability Summit. You will get an email confirmation of your registration, and be asked to validate your password and activate your account. There will be further notice when someone else registers either as driver or passenger. Hopefully this will work for the date(s) you plan to attend.
