Poster Presenter Application

Final deadline for submissions is Friday, February 20.

We invite you to submit a Poster Presentation at the 2025 Sustainability Summit & Expo. A poster presentation makes use of graphics like maps, photographs, and charts to describe your research project, leaving you available for personal interaction and in-depth discussions with colleagues. Benefits of doing a poster include the capacity to make use of creative visual elements, to engage in intimate interaction with audience, and to address particular points of interest.

If your poster is selected, you must be present for two hours during which time you will interact with participants.

You are responsible for setting up your poster and removing it from the conference site.

The conference site will provide push pins and backing board to accepted poster presenters, if needed.
Permissions
Conditions
  • Abstracts must be received by Monday, February 8, 2025.
  • The Summit Planning Committee will notify all individuals by February 25, 2025 regarding acceptance.
  • Abstracts and registrations will be accepted only through online submissions.
  • All presenters must register for the Summit. Presenters will receive one complimentary registration for the day they are presenting. Additional registration dates are at the standard rate. Student registration is free.
  • It is requested that the presenter grant permission for the Sustainability Summit to post their PowerPoint on the Summit web site (www.sustainabilitysummit.us) for the following year (March 2025 to March 2025).
  • Presenters are responsible for their own handouts. By making your presentation available on our website, handouts may be unnecessary.
  • No person may present more than two papers as author or primary co-author.
  • No monetary compensation is offered for presentations. Complimentary admission to Summit sessions for the day of presentation constitutes full compensation.

Hotel Accommodations
We recommend that presenters traveling to Milwaukee for the Sustainability Summit make their travel and lodging arrangements in advance. Please go to Location/Lodging for maps and lodging information.
