Dear Company/Organization/School Representative,
The 2009 Wisconsin Renewable Energy Summit invites you and your organization to become an exhibitor at the Summit.
The Summit agenda addresses the many topics relative to Renewable Energy. We expect to attract between 1,500 and 2,000 attendees from Wisconsin and adjacent states, including representatives of businesses, government, and education, including faculty from Wisconsin colleges and universities, and students from state colleges and area high schools. The schedule will provide refreshment breaks in the Exhibit Hall as well as periods when the exhibits are the featured activity.
The exhibits will be open all day Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday March 25-27, when the agenda will focus on the business opportunities in energy efficiency, sustainability, water technologies and green practices. Friday, March 27 has been designated Green Career Day, with program themes for high school and college students, so we encourage you to place a human resources or recruitment person in your booth. They would be there to discuss your current and future employment needs, or if you are a school, to discuss the opportunities you have to educate students for jobs in the future green economy.
Please see the Exhibitor Registration forms (click on links below) for details on registering your organization for the Summit. The form will be used to reserve your exhibit booth. We will confirm your organizations reservation, and provide a code that will allow your (paid) exhibit staff to register individually online. We look forward to having you there, and appreciate how much you will add to our timely and dynamic event.
